基于文本挖掘的普通高校现代远程教育发展研究 被引量:1

Research on the Development of Modern Distance Education in Universities in China Based on Text Mining

摘要 从1999年至今,普通高校现代远程教育已经试点了20年,其发展已经从规模扩张转向了内涵发展的新阶段,对它的认识也应该从单纯描述规模转向深入分析结构。本文基于68所高校提交的高校继续教育发展年度报告,利用文本挖掘技术对报告文本进行分析,并基于此分析普通高校现代远程教育发展现状,梳理存在问题。研究发现,普通高校现代远程教育较好地完成了试点任务,整体呈现出良好的发展态势,办学理念和定位清晰准确,办学基本条件充分,教学关键环节落实到位,但在招生、学习支持服务两项指标上得分较差。因此试点高校要加强招生、学习支持服务等方面工作水平,尤其是学习支持服务要从标准化的支持服务转向更具针对性的个性化支持服务。 From 1999 till now,modern distance education has been piloted for 20 years.From scale expansion to a new stage of connotation development,the understanding of distance education should also alter from simple scale description to deep structure analyze.Based on the development report submitted by 68 universities,this paper analyzes the report text by using the method of machine learning.Based on this,it analyzes the development status of Modern Distance Education in universities,combing the existing problems.It is found that modern distance education in universities has completed the pilot tasks well,showing a good development trend,with clear and accurate school running concept and positioning,sufficient basic conditions for school running,and the implementation of key indicators.However,the scores on the two indicators of enrollment and student support services are relatively poor.Therefore,universities are suggested to strengthen the work level of enrollment and student support services,in which standardized support services are suggested to be promoted into more personal-targeted support services.
