Research and application of seismic isolation technology on Xi’an Silk Road International Conference Centre

摘要 随着建筑复杂程度的不断增大及隔震技术应用的推广,有必要对大跨复杂结构隔震设计过程中的关键问题进行研究。以西安丝路国际会议中心为工程背景,介绍了隔震设计在大跨复杂结构中的应用。该建筑结构地上部分采用巨型钢框架结构,地下部分采用混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,在地下室顶板以下柱顶布置隔震支座形成隔震层,隔震层混合使用"橡胶隔震支座+弹性滑板支座+黏滞阻尼器"。通过隔震层的选型与布置及计算分析,认为采用地下室顶板以下柱顶布置隔震层的方式具有适用性,隔震设计满足规范各项要求。结合结构特点,对隔震结构扭转控制、超长钢结构采用隔震设计时温度效应的影响、隔震层在地震作用下的自复位能力、双支座布置误差控制及弹性滑板支座水平度控制要求等问题进行了分析,并针对各专项问题提出了相应的解决方法和控制措施,为类似工程设计提供参考。 With the increasing complexity of buildings and more application of isolation technology,it is necessary to study and discuss the key issues in isolation design process of large-span complex structures.This paper takes Xi’an Silk Road International Conference Centre as an example and illustrates the seismic isolation design for large-span complex structures.The aboveground part of the building is designed as a mega steel frame structure and the underground part is designed as a concrete frame-shear wall structure.The isolation layer locates at the top of columns under the basement roof.A combination of rubber isolation bearings,elastic sliding bearings and viscous dampers is used in this isolation layer.Through the layout schemes selection and computational analysis,it is proved that the isolation layer locating at the top of columns under the basement roof is more applicable,and the isolation design meets the requirements of the code.In light of the features of the structure,the following issues are investigated and discussed,including torsion control of isolation structures,temperature effects in extra-long span steel structures with seismic isolation,post-earthquake repositioning ability of isolation layer,error control in double bearing layout and levelness control of elastic sliding bearings.Corresponding solutions and control measures to all issues are proposed,which can provide reference for similar programs.
