摘要
目的分析全程护理干预用于接受结肠镜检查的老年患者护理中的效果。方法随机将2017年5月至2019年1月80例接受结肠镜检查的老年患者分为2组,36例在检查中接受常规护理,视作对照组,44例在检查基础上接受全程护理干预,视作观察组,比较两组检查所花时间、检查中心率水平、检查相关不良情况发生率。结果观察组检查所花时间短于对照组,检查中心率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组检查相关不良情况发生率为9.09%,明显低于对照组发生率30.56%(P<0.05)。结论对接受结肠镜检查的老年患者实施全程护理干预能够缩短检查用时,减轻心率波动,减少检查期间不良情况的发生,提升检查质量。
Objective to analyze effect of whole course nursing intervention on elderly colonoscopy patients.Methods divide 80 cases elderly colonoscopy patients from May 2017 to January 2019,divide them into two groups rando mLy:36 cases in control group received routine care during examination,and 44 cases observation group with whole process nursing intervention on the basis of examination.Compare examination time,examination center rate and incidence of examination related adverse between two groups.Results examination time of observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05),and examination heart rate was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion whole course nursing intervention can shorten examination time,reduce fluctuation of heart rate and adverse conditions incidence during examination and enahce examination quality for elderly colonoscopy patients.
