摘要
目的研究分析在临床护理中,对脑梗死偏瘫患者进行早期康复护理干预对其肢体运动功能产生的影响。方法随机选择我院在2017年9月至2018年9月这一年间收治确诊的满足本次研究实验条件的100例脑梗塞偏瘫患者作为研究对象,再将其按照不同的护理干预方式分为对照组(50例,常规护理干预措施)和观察组(50例,常规护理干预措施结合早期康复护理干预措施),观察两组患者不同的护理干预措施所起到的恢复肢体功能的护理效果以及对本次护理干预措施的满意程度。结果首先将两组患者的护理满意度进行对比,研究组94%的护理满意率比对照组80%的护理满意率要高且统计学分析得出P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。其次再将两组患者的四肢感觉功能测评(Fugl-Meyer评测法)以及日常生活活动能力评定(Barthel指数评定)的指数进行对比,护理干预之前的两组数据差异不具有明显性,无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预之后,研究组的指数比对照组要好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对脑梗死偏瘫患者进行护理干预时,可以结合早期康复护理干预,两种护理干预方式的结合使得脑梗死偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能明显恢复,患者未来的生活质量的得到了良好的改善,积极改善了疾病的预后状况,临床护理效果显著,值得应用与推广。
Objective to study and analyze effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb motor function of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction in clinical nursing.Methods choose 100 cases hemiplegia patients due to cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 randomly as research objects.Divide them into control group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention combined with early rehabilitation nursing intervention)according to different nursing intervention methods.Observe effect of different nursing interventions on recovery of limb function and satisfaction degree of nursing intervention.Results first of all,compare nursing satisfaction of two groups.94%of nursing satisfaction rate of study group was higher than 80%of control group,data difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Secondly,compare sensory function of limbs(Fugl Meyer evaluation method)and daily living ability(Barthel Index Evaluation)of two groups.Before nursing intervention,data difference was not significant between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,index of study group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion early rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with clinical nursing intervention for cerebral infarction and hemiplegia patients can can restore limb motor function of cerebral infarction and hemiplegia patients significantly,improve future life quality,and improve disease prognosis actively.With significant clinical nursing effect,which is worthy of application and promotion.
