一项专利卖了5.2亿元,研究团队分走4个亿,还一举打破了国外专利垄断,创造了全国单笔科研成果转化金额最高纪录。这个2017年创造的纪录,出自山东理工大学毕玉遂团队研发的绿色环保无氯氟聚氨酯化学发泡剂。正是得益于一系列人才和科研激励机制,山东理工大学近年来科研成果频出,取得了一系列重大突破与标志性成果。
The major arrangements were developed according to the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Comm ittee of the CPC to im prove the system and mechanism for technological innovation,and the full-chain,all-elem ents and all-round toplevel design was conducted from strategic planning,basic research,technological research,achievement transformation,development of hightech industries,and cultivation of scientific and technological talents.
