摘要
以全国21所"双一流"建设高校为研究样本,以人工智能领域为例,基于人才培养模式的理论模型构建了跨学科培养人才影响因素模型,运用定性比较分析法和组态思维对"双一流"建设高校面向新兴交叉领域跨学科培养人才的影响因素进行深入分析。研究发现:新兴交叉领域实现跨学科培养人才需要对人才培养模式进行系统改进;"双一流"大学面向新兴交叉领域的跨学科人才培养布局已趋近"一流";跨学科教育理念、办学特色、本科大类人才培养和本硕博课程贯通等因素应在下一步人才培养工作中予以重视。
Based on the artificial intelligence education of 21 "Double First-Class" construction universities in China as an example, the research constructs a driving factor model of interdisciplinary education from the theoretical model of talents cultivation mode, and uses qualitative comparative analysis and configuration thinking to analyze the important influencing factors of "Double First-Class" construction universities’ interdisciplinary education in emerging cross-disciplinary fields. The results show that: traditional education model needs to be systematically improved for interdisciplinary education in emerging cross-disciplinary fields. The "Double FirstClass" construction universities in China have built first-class layout for interdisciplinary education in emerging cross-disciplinary fields. Interdisciplinary education concept, school characteristics, interdisciplinary education for undergraduate students, and the integration education structure should be paid more attention to in the future.
