摘要
新时代党的建设质量的不断提高,关乎党的建设新的伟大工程开辟新局面,关乎中国共产党把自己建设"成为世界上最强大的一个政党",关乎党带领全国人民实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦。为此,要以提高党员质量为根本,推动党的建设质量全面提升;以政治建设为统领,全面推进党的各方面建设;以严肃党内政治生活为抓手,营造良好的党内政治生态。
The continuous improvement in the quality of Party building in the new era has a bearing on whether the great new project of Party building can open up a new situation, whether the CPC can build itself into "the most powerful political party in the world", and whether the Party can lead the whole nation in realizing the Two Centenary Goals and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, we should take improving the quality of the Party members as the foundation, and promote the overall improvement of the quality of Party building;be guided by political development, and improve the Party in an all-round manner;and focus on strengthening discipline of the inner-Party political life, and create a good inner-Party political ecosystem.
