摘要
目的研究医用臭氧联合射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年2月我院收治的CSR患者70例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患者使用射频消融方法进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上使用医用臭氧疗法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后的疼痛评分以及血清炎症因子水平的变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的感觉、情绪评分和PRI总分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者TNF-α、hs-CRP和IL-6水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用臭氧联合射频消融术治疗CSR具有操作简便、创伤小、治疗有效率高的优势,能够明显降低CSR患者的疼痛评分以及机体炎症因子水平,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of medical ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR). Methods A total of 70 patients with CSR admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation, and the observation group was treated with medical ozone therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pain scores and changes of serum inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the sensory, emotional scores and PRI total score of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-6 of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Medical ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of CSR has the advantages of easy to operate, small trauma and high treatment efficiency, it can significantly reduce the pain score and the levels of inflammatory factors of CSR patients, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
