摘要
目的:分析综合护理干预及全面性健康宣教对黄疸患儿护理效果的影响。方法:将2018年9月-2019年5月于笔者所在医院行相关诊疗的70例黄疸患儿作为研究对象。随机分成一般组与综合组,每组35例。比较两组治疗效果、总胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间及护理满意度。结果:护理后,综合组总胆红素水平明显低于一般组(P<0.05);综合组总有效率及护理满意度均高于一般组,黄疸消退时间短于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预及全面性健康宣教对黄疸患儿护理效果具有积极影响,可推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention and comprehensive health education on the nursing effect of children with jaundice.Method:A total of 70 children with jaundice who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object,and children were randomly divided into the general group and the comprehensive group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment effect,total bilirubin level,jaundice resolution time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the total bilirubin level in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that of the general group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group were higher than those of the general group,and the jaundice resolution time was shorter than that of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention and comprehensive health education have a positive impact on the nursing effect of children with jaundice and can be promoted.
