摘要
目的了解及分析青壮年初治肺结核患者焦虑状况,为临床护理提供依据。方法选择首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院结核科2018年3月1日〜6月30日新入院的18〜45岁的初治肺结核患者96例为研究对象,并通过问卷形式,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)调査其焦虑状况并分析其原因。结果96例青壮年住院初治肺结核患者SAS得分与我国常模比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),不同住院费用支付方式患者SAS得分比较.自费患者焦虑程度高于公费患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青壮年初治肺结核患者焦虑评分高于我国常模,而经常性的不良情绪可使免疫力下降.病情进一步恶化,形成恶性循环,从而延误治疗,应引起重视。
Objective To understand and analyze the anxiety status of young and middle-age patients with pulmonary tuberculosis initially treated,and to provide evidence for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 96 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients aged 18-45 years old who were admitted to the Department of Tuberculosis,Beijing Chest Hospital,Capital Medical University,from March 1 to June 30,2018,were selected as subjects,and through the form of questionnaires,the anxiety status was investigated with the Sei住Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the reasons were analyzed.Results The SAS anxiety scores of 96 newly diagnosed hospitalized young and middle-age patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were statistically significantly different from those in China(P<0.01).The SAS anxiety scores of patients with self-paying was higher than that in patients with public medical care,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The anxiety score of young and middle-age patients with pulmonary tuberculosis initially treated is higher than that of the national level.The frequent negative emotions can reduce the immunity and further worsen the disease,thus forming a vicious circle and delaying treatment,which should be paid attention to.
