Uncertainty Estimation in Measurement Results of Standard Color Plates

摘要 标准色板测得值的不确定度评定存在较大分歧,虽然JJG 453-2002《标准色板检定规程》里给出了不确定度评定示例,但缺少详细技术细节。在全国色板量值比对时,各省级计量技术机构使用的测量仪器大同小异,然而提供的不确定度评定报告给出的不确定度评定结果却千差万别。针对这一现状,参照光源色品参数不确定度评定方法,从标准色板光谱反射比入手,给出一种标准反射色板三刺激值和色品坐标的不确定度评定方法及参考评定结果。最后,对该方法的评定结果给与了旁证,并给出了笔者的建议。 There are different opinions on the evaluation of uncertainty in the measurement results of standard color plates. Although the example of uncertainty evaluation is given in the verification regulation of JJG 453-2002 standard color plates,there is still lack of technical details. The uncertainty evaluation reports provided by the provincial metrological institutes in the value comparison of color plates in China vary widely,although the measuring instruments used by the provincial metrological institutes are much the same and slightly different. In view of this situation,referring to the evaluation method of uncertainty of light source color,starting with spectral reflectance,a method for evaluating the uncertainty of tristimulus values( X,Y,Z) and chromaticity coordinates( x10,y10) of standard reflective color plate is presented. Proof is given by comparing with the uncertainty estimation results of light source chromaticity parameters,and suggestion of the relativity of key parameters is given.
