摘要
目的探究慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法100例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,均采用抗病毒治疗与常规护理,并观察患者的病情变化情况;治疗3个月后制定调查问卷,内容包括年龄、性别、文化程度、经济状况、治疗药物及疾病认识度等,分析患者治疗依从性的影响因素。结果100例患者经过3个月的治疗后,完全依从29例、占29.00%,非完全依从71例、占71.00%;患者的文化程度、经济状况及疾病认识度对治疗依从性有直接影响,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者治疗依从性受到文化程度、经济状况及疾病认识度的影响。
Objective To investigate the treatment compliance and its influencing factors in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B were treated with antiviral therapy and routine nursing,and the changes of patients’condition were observed.After 3 months of treatment,a questionnaire was developed,which included age,gender,educational level,economic status,treatment drugs and disease awareness,etc.,and the influencing factors of patient compliance was analyzed.Results After 3 months of treatment,29 cases were completely compliant in 100 patients,accounting for 29.00%,71 cases were incompletely compliant,accounting for 71.00%.The educational level,economic status and disease awareness of patients had a direct impact on treatment compliance,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B is affected by their education level,economic status and disease awareness.
