摘要
农业保险在创新社会管理和公共服务、完善社会保障体系、优化金融资源配置效率、促进经济发展转型、转变政府职能中具有重要作用,已成为现代保险服务业及“三农”创新发展的重点及突破口。本文介绍了嘉峪关市农业保险开展及具体实施情况,深入分析农业保险发展现状及存在的问题,并结合实际,提出促进农业保险发展的对策建议。
s:Agricultural insurance plays an important role in the innovation of social management and public services,the improvement of social security system,the optimization of financial resource allocation efficiency,the promotion of economic development and transformation,and the transformation of government functions,now it has become the focus and breakthrough of modern insurance service industry and"three rural"innovation and development.This paper introduces the development and implementation of agricultural insurance in Jiayuguan city,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of agricultural insurance,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of agricultural insurance in combination with the actual situation of Jiayuguan City.
