摘要
随着新兴信息技术在军事上的广泛应用,联合作战背景下使命任务趋于多样化,同时军事行动对指挥控制系统尤其是任务控制能力提出了更高要求,因此,开展了新一代指挥控制系统的任务控制能力分析与评估研究。结合新一代指挥控制系统特点,根据任务控制能力的具体含义,构建任务控制能力指标体系;结合各指标的特性,建立可量化的数学模型;运用灰色层次分析法完成任务控制能力效能评估,为系统性能改进和完善提供重要参考。
With the extensive application of information technology in the military,missions in the context of joint operations tend to be diversified.At the same time,military operations have imposed higher requirements on command and control systems,especially mission control capabilities.Therefore,this paper develops a new generation command and control system's mission control capability analysis and evaluation research.Firstly,combining the characteristics of the new generation command and control system,and based on the specific meaning of the task control capability,it constructs a task control capability index system.Secondly,according to the characteristics of each index,it constructs a quantifiable mathematical model.Finally,gray-level analysis method was used to complete the effectiveness evaluation of the mission control capabilities and it provides an important references for system performance improvement.
