摘要
目的:临床观察来氟米特联合激素配合自拟肾病1号方治疗IgA肾病临床疗效。方法:收集广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院肾病内科确诊为IgA肾病的患者21例,随机分为中药组、西药组及中西医结合组各7例患者,中药组予自拟肾病1号方治疗,西药组给予来氟米特联合激素治疗,中西医结合组在来氟米特联合激素治疗基础上配合肾病1号方治疗,治疗6个月后观察3组疗效。结果:治疗6个月后总有效率中药组71.4%,西药组57.1%,中西医结合组85.7%。各组治疗后24 h尿蛋白均显著改善(P<0.01或0.05),中西医结合组则疗效更明显(P<0.05)。且治疗中患者出现各种不良反应轻,耐受性良好。结论:来氟米特联合激素配合自拟肾病1号方治疗Ig A肾病疗效显著,短期内可有效降低尿蛋白,具有较好的临床耐受性及安全性。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of leflunomide combined with hormone and self-made nephropathy No.1 prescription in the treatment of Ig A nephropathy.Methods Collected 21 patients diagnosed with IgA nephropathy in department sanctonic medicine of Ruikang Hospital affiliated with Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,randomly divided into 7 patients each in the Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese and western medicine combined group,Chinese medicine group was given the treatment of the 1 st prescription of self-intended kidney disease,and the western medicine group was given to lefluomide combined hormone therapy,and the combination of Chinese and western medicine group was treated with nephron No.1 formula on the basis of leflunomide combined with hormone.Three groups were observed after 6 months of treatment.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 71.4% in Chinese medicine group,57.1% in western medicine group and 85.7% in the combination of Chinese and western medicine group.After 24 hours of treatment,urine protein in each group was significantly improved(P<0.01 or 0.05),while the curative effect was more obvious in the group of integrated Chinese and western medicine(P<0.05).In addition,all kinds of adverse reactions were mild and well tolerated.Conclusion leflunomide combined with hormone and self-designed nephropathy No.1 prescription has a significant therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy,which can effectively reduce urine protein in a short term,with good clinical tolerance and safety.
