摘要
目的本研究拟回顾性分析技能竞赛各队伍的表现,以期待为提升急诊护理人员的业务能力提供依据。方法通过回顾2018年湖北省急救技能竞赛决赛“急性腹痛”综合案例演练中护理人员的表现,了解全省部分护理人员在案例病情变化的4个阶段中各部分的失分及细节差异,分析总结其急危重症急救理论与技能的掌握情况。结果四个部分的平均失分率由高到底依次为:心源性休克的医护配合(42.08%)、分诊(34.93%)、呼吸困难的医护配合(62.50%)、心肺复苏(22.50%)。结论急诊护理人员在心肺复苏技能方面失误较少,而分诊与综合案例急救流程的医护配合等综合素质能力需提高。
Objective To review the nursing performance in the comprehensive case manoeuvre of"acute abdominal pain"in the final of 2018 Hhubei province first aid skills competition,and to understand the emergency critical care theory and skills of some nursing staff in Hubei province,so as to provide a basis for improving the professional ability of nursing staff.Methods Retrospective comparison,analysis of the team nurses in"acute abdominal pain"comprehensive case of each part of the points and details of the differences,analysis and sunmary of the reasons.Results The average loss rate of the four parts is in order from high to low:medical cooperation of cardiogenic shock(42.08%),triage(34.93%),medical cooperation of dyspnea(62.50%),cardiopulmonary resuscitation(22.05%).Conclusion The emergency nurses in Hubei province have fewer mistakes in the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,so it is necessary to strengthen the triage and comprehensive case first aid process of medical cooperation ability.
