摘要
为了探索工作不安全感、情绪耗竭与安全注意力的深层次影响关系,基于文献研究以及实证分析,建立高危矿工工作不安全感、情绪耗竭与安全注意力关系的假设模型。随机对500名矿工进行问卷调查,并采用结构方程对假设模型进行验证。结果表明:工作不安全感不仅直接负向显著影响安全注意力(工作丧失不安全感、工作执行不安全感和人际关系不安全感影响强度依次加强),而且直接正向影响情绪耗竭(工作执行不安全感、工作丧失不安全感和人际关系不安全感影响强度依次加强);情绪耗竭直接负向显著影响安全注意力;情绪耗竭对工作不安全感到安全注意力起着部分中介作用。有效降低工作不安全感和减少情绪耗竭现象,能强化安全注意力,提升安全注意力水平。
In order to explore the deep influence of job insecurity and emotional exhaustion and safety relations,literature research and empirical analysis based on the assumption of model of high-risk miners job insecurity and emotional exhaustion and safety relations. At random, 500 miners were randomly sampled through questionnaires, and the hypothetical model was validated by structural equation. The results showed that job insecurity is not only a direct negative impact of safety(job loss, insecurity, insecurity of job execution and interpersonal insecurity, but also strengthen the impact strength in turn) a direct positive effect on emotional exhaustion(insecurity of job execution, job loss, insecurity and insecurity of interpersonal relationship in order to strengthen the strength);emotional exhaustion negatively affects directly safety;emotional exhaustion of job insecurity feel safety plays a partial mediating role. Effectively reduce work insecurity and reduce emotional exhaustion, can strengthen safety attention, improve safety attention level.
