摘要
船舶轴系是船舶动力装置的重要组成部分,是船舶航行的生命线,是从主机动力输出端到螺旋桨之间动力传动构件的总称。某船从船舶操纵性、机动性要求出发选用了水润滑轴承及可调桨系统,轴系布置采用长轴系、双艉轴架设计,且中间轴为无余量加工安装。通过分析无余量长轴系安装技术要点,对各关键点进行精度控制,从而实现船舶无余量长轴系的高效精准安装。
The ship shaft system is an important part of the ship's power plant,the lifeline of the ship's navigation and a general term for the power transmission components from the main power output end to the propeller.One ship has selected water lubrication bearing and adjustable paddle system based on the requirements of ship steerability and maneuverability.The entire shaft arrangement is designed with long shaft system and double stern shaft frame,and the middle shaft is machined and installed without margin.Through analyzing the key points of installation technology of long shaft system with no margin,the key points are controlled with precision,so as to realize the efficient and accurate installation of long shaft system with no margin.
