摘要
目的探讨动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞(ATCI)患者血清前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的变化及意义。方法选取2017年1月-2018年6月本院收治的86例ATCI患者(观察组)和同期体检的86例健康志愿者(对照组)。比较2组患者的血清PCSK9和LDL-C水平,并分析ATCI患者脑梗塞面积及病情严重程度与血清PCSK9和LDL-C水平的关系。结果观察组血清PCSK9和LDL-C水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同脑梗塞面积和病情严重程度的ATCI患者血清PCSK9和LDL-C水平之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着脑梗塞面积和病情严重程度的增大而加重,血清PCSK9和LDL-C水平均升高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,脑梗塞面积及病情严重程度与血清PCSK9和LDL-C水平均呈正相关(r值分别为0.624和0.593及0.613和0.582;P<0.05)。结论高水平的血清PCSK9和LDL-C与ATCI的发生相关,且血清PCSK9和LDL-C水平均与脑梗塞面积及病情严重程度呈正相关,可作为ATCI的预后评估指标和治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum proprotein-converting enzyme,bacteriolysin 9(PCSK9)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in patients with atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction(ATCI).Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,86 patients with ATCI(observation group)and 86 healthy volunteers(control group)were selected.The serum levels of PCSK9 and LDL-C were compared between the two groups,and the relationship between cerebral infarction area and the severity of cerebral infarction,the serum levels of PCSK9 and LDL-C was analyzed.Results The levels of serum PCSK9 and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the levels of serum PCSK9 and LDL-C among the ATCI patients with different cerebral infarct size and severity were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of cerebral infarction area and severity,the levels of serum PCSK9 and LDL-C increased(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the area and severity of cerebral infarction were positively correlated with levels of serum PCSK9 and LDL-C(r=0.624,r=0.593;r=0.613,r=0.582;P<0.05).Conclusion High levels of serum PCSK9 and LDL-C are associated with the occurrence of ATCI,and the levels of serum PCSK9 and LDL-C are positively correlated with the size of cerebral infarction and the severity of the disease,which can be used as prognostic indicators and therapeutic targets of ATCI.
