摘要
目的探讨药学服务模式转变对药学服务质量的影响及药学门诊服务工作成效。方法回顾性比较本院开设药学门诊后和开设前同期药学咨询室的服务记录,对药学服务人次、咨询问题分类及患者依从性等方面进行统计分析。结果随着药学门诊工作的开展,药师采用新的服务模式并未导致咨询人次的变化,但是在咨询问题的内容和患者依从性上有显著变化(P<0.05)。结论药学门诊是提升药学服务质量,改善患者依从性,提高药物治疗有效性的平台,医院可根据患者对门诊药学服务的需求开设药学门诊。
Objective To explore the impact of transformation of pharmaceutical service mode on the quality of pharmaceutical services and effectiveness of outpatient services.Methods We reviewed the service record before and after providing outpatient pharmaceutical service.Results With new outpatient pharmaceutical service,the number of visits did not change,but consultation content and patient compliance significantly changed(P<0.05).Conclusion Outpatient pharmaceutical service helps improve quality service,patient compliance and effectiveness of drug treatment.Demands justify needs in the pharmaceutical services in different hospitals.
