摘要
文章尝试将垂直类模式及服务设计的理念运用于在线问卷调研服务,对现有在线问卷调研服务系统进行创新设计。分析归纳现有在线问卷调研平台中存在的问题,基于访谈、用户画像、KANO用户模型等方法,得出商家、学生、校方的需求,行为特征及痛点,寻找设计点及相关策略。挖掘现有竞品中针对垂类用户的服务空白,提出"有问"平台的设计策略,以提供更加适应各方需求、使用习惯的服务,对垂类化的用户研究有实际的启示意义。
The work aims to attempt to apply the concept of vertical community and service design to online questionnaire research services,and to innovative design of existing online questionnaire research service systems.The existing problems of the online questionnaire survey platform were analyzed and summarized.Based on interviews,user portraits,user journey maps,etc.,the needs,behavioral characteristics and pain points of businesses,students and schools are obtained,and design points and related strategies are sought.Excavating the service gaps for vertical communities in existing competing products,and proposing the design strategy of"questioning"platform to provide services that are more suitable for the needs and usage habits of all parties,and have practical implications for the study of users of verticalized users.
