摘要
文章以大脑活动层次理论为基础,将大脑活动的三个层次引入到人类行为的三个层次,并围绕老年人分析各个行为层次的影响因素,然后通过市场研究分析老年购物车的现状与不足,通过用户研究(半结构式访谈法和民族志跟踪观察法)分析老年人的购物行为,最后基于以上研究提出老年购物车的设计原则及策略,以期为老年购物车设计实践提供一定理论依据,希望能够从设计学的角度帮助老年人独立轻松愉悦地完成购物活动。
Based on the theory of brain activity hierarchy,the article introduces three levels of brain activity into the three levels of human behavior and analyzes the influencing factors of each behavior level for the elderly.Then it analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of elderly shopping carts through market research and analyzes the behaviors of elderly shopping through user research(semi-structured interview method and ethnographic tracking observation method).Finally based on the above research it proposes the design principles and strategies of the elderly shopping cart in order to provide a theoretical basis for the design practice of elderly shopping carts.I hope that from the perspective of design it can help the elderly to complete shopping activities independently and easily.
