摘要
根据国内外发表的文献及重要会议论文,对经肺吸入给药的研究现状和应用前景进行简要分析,并对新型经肺吸入给药装置优缺点和使用方法等加以归纳和整理,阐明经肺吸入给药治疗呼吸系统疾病甚至全身疾病的可行性与优越性。经肺吸入给药具有广阔的应用前景,但相关产品开发应用仍有待进一步深入研究和临床验证。
Based on the recently published papers and international conference papers,the research status and application prospect of inhaled pulmonary delivery devices were briefly analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages and application methods of new inhaled pulmonary delivery devices were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of different types of devices and their development directions were summarized as well.There are broad application prospects in inhaled pulmonary delivery devices,while further research and clinical trials are needed in the development of relevant products.
