摘要
临床药师参与1例卡塔格内综合症支气管扩张并感染患者治疗过程。结合患者病情变化,临床药师在抗感染药物调整,祛痰药物合理使用等方面提出合理用药建议,督导痰热清注射液的合理使用,对小牛脾提取物注射液药品不良反应进行分析和处理,对患者支气管扩张自我监护和排痰方法进行健康教育,并对卡塔格内综合征的临床特点、发病机制、诊断及治疗现状进行总结。通过用药监护,提高了患者的临床治疗效果和依从性,减少了药物不良反应的危害,也提高了临床药师对卡塔格内综合征的认识。临床药师参与临床治疗,可以提高对疾病的认识,在优化治疗方案、药物不良反应监护和患者健康教育等方面发挥积极的作用。
Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a patient with Catagne syndrome complicated with bronchiectasis and infection.Combined with the patient’s condition changes,clinical pharmacists provided suggestions for rational drug use such as anti-infective drug adjustment,rational use of expectorant drugs,rational use of Tanreqing,a traditional Chinese medicine injection,analysis and dealing of adverse drug reactions induced by calf spleen extract injection,health education on patient’s self-monitoring of bronchiectasis and expectoration methods,and health education on Catagne syndrome.The clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment status were summarized.Through the drug monitoring,the clinical therapeutic effect and compliance of the patient were improved,the harm of adverse drug reactions was reduced,and the knowledge of clinical pharmacists about Cartagena syndrome was improved.The participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment can improve the understanding of diseases,and clinical pharmacists play active roles in optimizing treatment schemes,monitoring adverse drug reactions and performing health education for patients.
