不同牙龈厚度对平台转移种植体周围骨改建的影响研究 被引量:3

Effect of different gingival thickness on bone remodeling around platform-switched implants

摘要 目的探讨不同牙龈厚度对平台转移种植体周围骨改建的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2018年1月在济宁医学院附属医院口腔科行下颌磨牙区单颗牙种植患者60例,共植入60颗种植体,根据植入位点牙龈厚度分为薄龈组与厚龈组,收集种植术后即刻、术后3个月、永久冠修复后及术后12个月影像学检查资料,测量种植体周围骨吸收情况,应用SPSS 13.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果薄龈组与厚龈组在各测量时间点的种植体周围骨吸收量差异均有统计学意义(P <0.001);术后12个月,薄龈组70%种植体骨吸收量大于1 mm,厚龈组只有13.3%种植体骨吸收量大于1 mm。结论对于平台转移设计的种植体,厚龈生物型有利于种植体周围骨组织的保存,薄龈生物型不能阻止种植体周围骨吸收。 Objective To explore the influence of gingival thickness on bone remodeling around platform-switched implants. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,60 patients with 60 Ankylos implants in the mandible posterior region were followed up. According to the gingival thickness they were divided into two groups:thin gingival group and thick gingival group. The marginal bone level were examined by X-ray at different time points:immediately after surgery,three months after surgery,after crown restoration and twelve months after surgery,and bone loss was analyzed with SPSS13.0 software package. Results Significant difference in bone loss was found between two groups at all time points(P < 0.001). After 12 months of implant placement,bone loss of the 70% implant in thin gingival tissue group was more than 1 mm,while only 13.3% implant bone resorption was more than 1 mm in thick gingival tissue group. Conclusion For the platform-switched implants,thick gingival tissue helps to preserve the bone tissue around the implant,and thin gingival tissue can′t stop bone loss around the implant.
