Mechanical property of channel steel tube slab composite beams for underground space

摘要 以槽钢连接的新型管幕构件(CSTS)室内试验为依托,探究该结构的受力特征和破坏规律,利用粒子成像测速技术对构件截面变形进行观测,同时运用ABAQUS软件建立构件的有限元模型。基于此模型,分析钢管壁厚、翼缘板厚度、混凝土强度和钢管间距等参数对构件受力性能的影响规律,并采用多元线性回归理论对构件极限承载力进行研究。研究结果表明:构件发挥出良好的延性性能,钢管壁厚和混凝土强度对构件承载力影响不明显,钢管间距和翼缘板厚度对构件承载力影响较大;此外,根据极限承载力拟合计算公式可知,各参数中钢管间距的影响最显著。 Based on the laboratory tests of CSTS(channel steel tube slab)composite beams,the mechanics characteristic and failure law of the tested specimens were investigated.Sectional deformation of the specimens was monitored by particle imaging velocimetry(PIV)technology,and 3D finite element models were established by ABAQUS software to study the influence of the key parameters on flexural behaviors of CSTS composite beams.Meanwhile,the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beams was investigated by multiple linear regression theory.The results show that the structure has better ductility.Tube thickness and concrete's compressive strength have limited influence on the bearing capacity of CSTS composite beams.However,the spacing of the steel tubes and flange plate thickness have significant influence on the bearing capacity of CSTS beams.Moreover,the fitted formula of ultimate bearing capacity indicates that the spacing of steel tubes is the most important factor on the ultimate bearing capacity of CSTS composite beams.
