硬质黏土层顶板的铝土矿采空区护顶层安全厚度 被引量:10

摘要 为了实现沉积型地下铝土矿安全开采,在构建护顶层力学模型的基础上,建立力学性质劣化的护顶层安全厚度的计算公式,分析不同跨度比、暴露面积及软化系数条件下护顶层安全厚度的变化趋势。研究结果表明:矿体护顶层结构参数影响安全厚度,安全厚度hs与跨度比呈负相关;随着跨度比增大,安全厚度降低;安全厚度hs与暴露面积呈正相关,随着暴露面积增大,安全厚度增长速率变缓;护顶层软化程度越高,护顶层的安全厚度hs增长越快。工程实例计算结果表明本文公式是合理可靠的。 In order to realize the safe mining of sedimentary underground bauxite,the calculation formula of the safety thickness of the mechanically deteriorated protective roof was deduced based on the construction of the protective roof mechanical model.The change of the protective roof safety thickness was analyzed under different span ratios,exposed areas and softening coefficients.The results show that the structural parameters of the protective roof of ore body affect the safe thickness.The safety thickness hs is negatively correlated with the span ratio.As the span ratio increases,the safe thickness decreases.The safe thickness hs and exposed area are positively correlated,and the rate of safe thickness growth slows down as the exposed area increases.The higher the softening degree of the protective roof is,the faster the protective roof safe thickness hs increases.The calculation results from engineering practice verify the reliability and rationality of the calculation formula.
