摘要
目的 对围术期个性化护理干预在肝胆外科手术护理中的应用价值作出分析。方法 选择中山市人民医院收治的70例肝胆手术患者作为研究对象,依据干预措施的差异将其分为对照组和干预组两组,每组各35例。对照组接受常规护理干预,干预组在常规组基础上接受个性化护理干预。比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)与汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果 干预组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组;进食、排气、排便、下床及住院时间则均短于对照组(P<0.05);此外,干预组感染、胸腔积液、腹腔出血等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在肝胆外科手术围术期护理中采用个性化护理干预可明显改善患者心理状态,缩短康复进程,减少并发症。
Objective To analyze the application value of perioperative individualized nursing intervention in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods Seventy patients with hepatobiliary surgery admitted to people’s hospital of zhongshan city were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and intervention group according to the difference of intervention measures,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group received individualized nursing intervention on the basis of routine group.HAMD and HAMA scores,postoperative recovery and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results HAMD and HAMA scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group.The duration of feeding,exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed and hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of infection,pleural effusion,abdominal hemorrhage and other complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of hepatobiliary surgery can significantly improve the psychological state of patients,shorten the rehabilitation process and reduce complications.
