摘要
渝鄂背靠背柔性直流工程投运后,西南电网与华中电网异步互联,系统面临频率稳定问题以及孤岛运行风险,可通过合理的配置并设计柔直频率限值控制器(frequency limitcontroller,FLC)来改善系统频率稳定性并保证故障后联网转孤岛能够稳定运行。FLC属于柔性直流输电系统的附加控制,能够根据交流频率变化迅速调节传输功率。针对渝鄂柔直工程两侧交流系统特性提出了FLC的配置与设计原则,选取了适合一次调频的FLC控制方案并进行了相关的参数设计,采用时域仿真法分析了FLC参数对联网转孤岛过程系统暂态特性的影响,并对参数进行了相应的优化。仿真结果表明,所设计的FLC能够有效适应联网运行、联网转孤岛以及孤岛运行等不同运行模式,提高系统的频率稳定水平。
Central China Power Grid will run asynchronously with Southwest China Power Grid after Chongqing-Hubei back-to-back VSC-HVDC(voltage source converter HVDC)project is put into operation.The system faces frequency stability problem and islanded operation risk.It can be configured and designed with a frequency limit controller(FLC)to improve system frequency stability and ensure system stability from grid-connected to islanded operation.FLC is one of additional controls in VSC-HVDC system,able to quickly adjust transmission power according to frequency disturbance of the AC system.A configuration and design principle of FLC is proposed according to the characteristics of alternating current system on both sides of the project,an FLC control scheme suitable for primary frequency modulation is selected and relevant parameters are designed.The influence of FLC parameters on the transient characteristics of the system in the transition process from grid connection to islanding is analyzed with time-domain simulation method,and the parameters are modified accordingly.Simulation results show that the designed FLC can effectively adapt to different operation modes,such as networked operation,networked-to-islanded operation and islanded operation,and improve the frequency stability level of the system.
