摘要
伴随着"中国制造2025"战略的深入推进和高端制造业的快速迅猛的发展,滚动直线导轨在数控机床、半导体制造装置、医疗设备等高精度机床领域及机器人、自动化智能制造等领域中应用广泛。文章以滚动直线导轨为研究对象,将QFD所获取的顾客需求筛选出重点项目,制作验证资料QA表及保证确认表,将重点项目与生产工序建立关联,在此基础上建立重点管理板,促进全员参与质量管理。最终通过工序自主诊断确保该活动的持续性,从而提升了顾客满意度。
With the development of the strategy of "Made in China 2025" and the rapid development of high-endmanufacturing industry, the Linear motion guide is widely used in the fields of high-precision machines such as CNC,semiconductor manufacturing devices, medical equipment, robots, automatic intelligent manufacturing and other fields.Taking the linear motion guide as the research object, this paper selects the key projects from the customerrequirements obtained by quality function deployment, makes the QA table and assurance confirmation form ofverification data, establishes the relationship between the key projects and the production process, establishes the keymanagement board on this basis, promotes the whole staff to participate in the quality management. Finally, the processindependent diagnosis ensures the continuity of the activity, so as to improve customer satisfaction.
