Application of GC-IMS Technology Combined with Chemometrics Method in Classification of Hulless Barley

摘要 以藏大麦、藏青2000、藏青320、冬青18、苟籽粒和隆里共29种青稞为研究对象,运用GC-IMS技术并结合化学计量学建立一种快速、高效的实现青稞分类的方法。结果表明:29种青稞所含的香气组分种类基本相似,但含量差异较大。基于GC-IMS三维谱中对应香气组分的特征峰强度进行主成分分析,藏青2000、藏青320、冬青18、苟籽粒和隆里在香气组分上具有明显的差异,其中藏青2000、藏青320、苟籽粒与24种藏大麦可以明显区分,而冬青18和隆里则和藏大麦比较相似。建立Fisher判别分析模型,选择预测集校检和留一交叉验证法对建立的模型进行验证,训练集的识别率为100%,验证结果正确率均在85%以上,达到定性分析的要求,初步表明该模型稳健、可靠,能用于不同青稞品种区分。GC-IMS联用分析技术简单、快速、无损,可用于青稞的快速分类识别。 Taking Tibetan barley,Hullessbarley 2000,Hullessbarley 320,Winter barley 18,Gouzili and Longli as research objects,a rapid and efficient method for the classification of hulless barley was established by using GC-IMS technology combined with chemometrics method.The results showed that:the aroma components of 29 varieties of hulless barley were basically similar,but their contents were greatly different.Principal component analysis based on the characteristic peaks in GC-IMS 3 D spectra showed that there were significant differences in the aroma components amongHullessbarley 2000,Hullessbarley 320 Winter barley 18,Gouzili and Longli,among which Hullessbarley 2000,Hullessbarley 320,Winter barley 18,Gouzili and 24 species of Tibetan barley could be clearly distinguished,while Winter barley 18 and Longli were similar to the Winter barley Tibetan barley Fisher discriminant analysis model was established,and the established model was validated by Prediction Set Verification and the Leave-One-Out Cross-Validation(LOOVA)method.The recognition rate of training set was 100%,and the accuracy of verification was more than 85%,which met the requirements of qualitative analysis.It preliminarily indicated that the established model was stable and reliable,and could be used to identify different varieties of hulless barley.GC-IMS technology was simple,rapid and non-destructive,and could be used for the rapid classification and identification of hulless barley.
