摘要
由美国剑桥公司研发的ChemOffice软件,对药学等相关专业的学生来说,是众多化学绘图软件中最优秀的软件之一。它所提供的出色的化学辅助系统,使得部分研究工作被提升到一个新的高度。ChemOffice软件的应用广泛,不仅可以绘制化学结构图、原子分子轨道图和电子云图,而且还可以通过预测紫外、红外图谱来绘制薄层色谱图等,一系列强大的功能方便了老师的教学,也让学生们能够更加直观地掌握仪器分析相关的课程内容。文章主要介绍使用ChemOffice来预测药物或者化合物的紫外光谱图、红外光谱图及薄层色谱图的基本操作,为学生们在学习"仪器分析"课程时提供一种有效的手段。
ChemOffice software developed by Cambridge company in the United States is one of the best software among many chemical mapping software for students majoring in pharmacy and other related majors.It provides excellent chemical auxiliary system,which makes part of the research work to a new height and ChemOffice is widely used.It can not only draw chemical structure diagram,atomic and molecular orbital diagram and electron cloud diagram,but also draw thin layer chromatogram by predicting ultraviolet and infrared spectrum.A series of powerful functions facilitate the teaching of teachers,and also enable students to grasp the course content related to instrument analysis more intuitively.The paper mainly introduces the basic operation of using ChemOffice to predict UV,infrared and thin layer chromatograms of drugs or compounds,and provides an effective means for students to study instrument analysis courses.
