摄食南极磷虾油对正常饮食大鼠脂质代谢的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF ANTARCTIC KRILL OIL INTAKE ON LIPID METABOLISM IN RATS GIVEN NORMAL DIET

摘要 目的探讨摄食南极磷虾油对正常饮食大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(灌胃生理盐水)、大豆油组(灌胃大豆油)、鱼油组(灌胃鱼油)、南极磷虾油组(灌胃南极磷虾油),灌胃剂量2.625 g/kg,连续灌胃30 d。测定各组大鼠血清三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)水平,血清及肝脏脂肪酸的组成变化。结果与对照组相比,南极磷虾油组及鱼油组大鼠血清TG含量分别降低了19.00%、9.52%,TC含量分别降低了8.90%、4.14%,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);血清二十碳五烯酸(EPA)含量分别升高了309.00%、340.00%(F=12.015,P<0.05),二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量分别升高了80.20%、42.32%(F=8.825,P<0.05),花生四烯酸(AA)含量分别降低了37.67%、42.19%(F=8.395,P<0.05);肝脏EPA含量分别升高了591.43%、548.57%(F=25.736,P<0.05),DHA含量分别升高了48.12%、42.26%(F=5.122,P<0.05),AA含量分别下降了45.77%、33.63%(F=8.806,P<0.05)。结论摄食南极磷虾油有助于改善大鼠脂质代谢,提高血清和肝脏中EPA及DHA的水平,且效果要优于TG型鱼油。 Objective To investigate the effect of Antarctic krill oil intake on lipid metabolism in rats given normal diet.Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group(normal saline by gavage),soybean oil group(soybean oil by gavage),fish oil group(fish oil by gavage),and Antarctic krill oil group(Antarctic krill oil by gavage),at a dose of 2.625 g/kg,and the course of treatment was 30 consecutive days.The serum levels of triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)were measured and the changes in the composition of fatty acids in serum and liver were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the Antarctic krill oil group had a serum TG level reduced by 19.00%and a serum TC level reduced by 8.90%,and the fish oil group had a serum TG level reduced by 9.52%and a serum TC level reduced by 4.14%(P>0.05).The serum level of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)was increased by 309.00%in the Antarctic krill oil group and 340.00%in the fish oil group(F=12.015,P<0.05);the serum level of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)was increased by 80.20%in the Antarctic krill oil group and 42.32%in the fish oil group(F=8.825,P<0.05);the serum level of arachidonic acid(AA)was reduced by 37.67%in the An-tarctic krill oil group and 42.19%in the fish oil group(F=8.395,P<0.05).The level of EPA in the liver was increased by 591.43%in the Antarctic krill oil group and 548.57%in the fish oil group(F=25.736,P<0.05);the level of DHA in the liver was increased by 48.12%in the Antarctic krill oil group and 42.26%in the fish oil group(F=5.122,P<0.05);the level of AA in the liver was reduced by 45.77%in the Antarctic krill oil group and 33.63%in the fish oil group(F=8.806,P<0.05).Conclusion Antarctic krill oil can improve lipid metabolism and increase the levels of EPA and DHA in the serum and liver of rats,with a better effect than TG-type fish oil.
