The Key Cultivation Techniques of Green Food Peach in Anhui Province

摘要 近年来安徽省桃产业快速发展,有力地助推了农民增收脱贫致富和乡村振兴,但随着人们生活水平的提高,对果实品质要求也越来越高。安徽省桃产业持续健康快速发展受到巨大挑战。通过5年多的实践试验,针对安徽省的气候条件及土壤环境条件,总结分析了安徽省绿色食品桃栽培生产关键技术,重点阐述了桃园规划、品种选择、栽植管理和果实采收等技术,为桃产业发展提供技术支撑。 In recent years,the rapid development of peach industry in Anhui Province has greatly promoted the income of farmers to get rid of poverty and the rural revitalization.However,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for fruit quality are becoming higher.The sustainable,healthy and rapid development of peach industry in Anhui Province is challenged.Based on more than five years’practice and analysis of the climate and soil conditions in Anhui Province,this paper summarized and analyzed the key technologies of green food peach cultivation and production in Anhui Province,focusing on peach garden planning,variety selection,planting management and fruit harvesting,so as to provide technical support for the development of peach industry.
