导联动态心电图诊断脑梗死患者房颤的研究

摘要 目的分析导联动态心电图在诊断脑梗死患者房颤中的应用价值。方法纳入研究对象为本院2016年10月-2018年10月收治的42例脑梗死患者(研究组)和42例体检中心健康人员(对照组),两组均进行12导联动态心电图诊断,对比两组心电图表现以及房颤发生率。结果两组逸博心律、房室传导阻滞、QT间期改变、U波改变、短阵房速、室性早搏、房性早搏、窦性心动过速、停博、房颤、窦性心动过缓相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论导联动态心电图应用于脑梗死患者病情监测中,可及早发现房颤,有助于患者及早接受抗凝治疗,对于改善患者预后意义重大。 Objective To analyze the application value of lead dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The study subjects included 42 patients with cerebral infarction(study group)and 42 health personnel at the medical examination center(control group)admitted from October 2016 to October 2018 in the hospital.Both groups were diagnosed by 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram.ECG performance and the incidence of atrial fibrillation in the two groups.Results Yibo rhythm,atrioventricular block,QT interval change,U-wave change,short atrial tachycardia,ventricular premature beat,atrial premature beat,sinus tachycardia,cardiac arrest,atrial fibrillation,sinus tachycardia The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Lead dynamic electrocardiogram is used in the monitoring of patients with cerebral infarction,and early detection of atrial fibrillation can help patients to receive anticoagulant therapy early,which is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
