摘要
自Da Vinci手术系统(intuitive surgical,Inc.Sunnyvale,CA)1999年,机器人辅助手术数量在外科快速增长。机器人独有的三维可视化,震颤消除,第四臂功能与传统腹腔镜手术相比具有显著的优势。但是,达芬奇手术系统的仍存在靶标移动局限性,缺乏逆反馈等缺陷。笔者探讨前沿机器人手术系统,期待未来能更好地应用这项技术。
The number of robot-assisted surgeries has grown rapidly in surgeries since the advent of Da Vinci robotic system in 1999.The robot's unique 3D visualization,tremor elimination,and the fourth arm function have significant advantages over the traditional laparoscopic surgeries.However,Da Vinci surgical system still has limitations in target movement and lacks defects such as inverse feedback.The author explores the cutting edge of Da Vinci technology and looks forward to a better application of this technology in the future.
