外语“金课”与“金牌外语教师团队” 被引量:88

Design gold courses of foreign languages by gold teams of foreign language teachers

摘要 2018年教育部提出"淘汰‘水课’、打造‘金课’"的号召,虽然全国各高校热烈响应,但不少高校教师对一些问题困惑不解。例如,如何理解吴岩司长提出的"金课"的标准"两性一度"?"金课"与"精品课程"有何区别?怎样建设"金课"?这些已成为"热议"问题。本文将致力于回答这些问题。全文分为两个部分,第一部分对"金课"标准和类型进行解读,说明"金课"与"精品课程"的异同点;第二部分对建设外语"金课"提出两条建议:1)统筹全局,制订系统规划;2)打造"金牌外语教师团队"。 Since the Ministry of Education(MOE) of the PRC issued a call for "Developing gold courses(i.e. best courses) and eliminating water courses(i.e. poor-quality courses)" in June 2018, "gold courses" has become a well-known phrase among universities and colleges. However, many university teachers are puzzled by several questions. For example, how do we explain the three criteria for a gold course proposed by Wu Yan, Director of the Department of Higher Education of MOE? What is the difference between "gold courses" which are being encouraged to design and "excellent courses" which were required to develop at the beginning of this century? How do we design a gold course? These questions are now being heatedly discussed. The paper intends to answer these questions through two sections. The first section is to explicate the criteria and types for the gold courses and the difference between the gold courses and the excellent courses. The second section is to make two suggestions for designing a gold course, i.e. making a systematic plan with a global perspective, and developing a gold team of foreign language teachers.
