大电流多脉冲对α-Ti低周应变循环的软化作用

摘要 本文研究了α-Ti 低周应变循环受大电流多脉冲的作用。结果发现,在应变循环初期,不通电的试样先发生循环软化,接着又发生硬化,出现了循环硬化峰;通电的试样只发生循环软化,无硬化峰。用电致塑性对此现象作了解释。 The effect of high current density multiple pulses on strain controlled low cyclefatigue of α-Ti was demonstrated.It is revealed that in the early stage of strain cycling unpulsedspecimen undergoes softening at first and then a hardening peak follows in succession.However,in pulsed specimen,the cycling is a continuously softening process,the hardening peak is elimi-nated by the current pulse.This is attributed to the electroplastic effect of the current pulses.
