摘要
目的了解安徽省安庆市城区学龄前儿童超重及肥胖的现状,探讨学龄前儿童超重及肥胖的影响因素,为预防儿童超重及肥胖相关措施的制订提供参考依据。方法 2017年12月对安庆市城区19所幼儿园2 744名学龄前儿童及其家长进行整群抽样调查,有效调查问卷2 684份。调查内容包括母亲一般情况、孕期增重情况等;儿童的身高、体重、腰围及皮褶厚度等。使用多元Logistic回归分析学龄前儿童超重及肥胖与母亲孕期增重关联性。结果在2 684名学龄前儿童中,超重及肥胖检出率分别为13.1%和4.9%;母亲的体型和孕期增重是学龄前儿童超重及肥胖的影响因素(χ^2值分别为30.816、11.713,均P<0.05);母亲孕期增重过高与儿童超重及肥胖有统计学关联(OR=1.30,95%CI:1.03~1.64)。结论孕期增重过高是学龄前儿童超重及肥胖的危险因素。因此,应加强健康教育及围产期保健,形成健康的生活方式,合理控制孕期增重,以降低儿童期超重及肥胖的发生。
Objective To understand the status of overweight and obesity among preschool children in Anqing city of Anhui province,and explore the influencing factors of overweight and obesity in preschool children,so as to provide reference for the prevention of overweight and obesity for children.Methods A cluster sampling survey was conducted among 2 744 preschool children and their parents in the urban area of Anqing city in December 2017,with 2 684 valid questionnaires.The questionnaire included the general information of mothers,weight gain during pregnancy,children’s height,weight,waist circumference and skin fold thickness and so on.Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between overweight and obesity in preschool children and maternal weight gain during pregnancy.Results Among 2 684 preschool children,the detection rates of overweight and obesity were 13.1% and 4.9%,respectively.Maternal somatotype characters and weight gain during pregnancy were main influencing factors for overweight and obesity in preschoolers(χ2 values were 30.816 and 11.713,respectively,both P<0.05).And excess weight gain during pregnancy was significantly associated with overweight and obesity in preschool children(OR=1.30,95%CI:1.03-1.64).Conclusion Excessive weight gain during pregnancy is a risk factor for overweight and obesity in preschool children.Therefore,maternal health education and perinatal health care should be strengthened to guide pregnant women to form a healthy lifestyle and control weight gain during pregnancy reasonably,so as to reduce the risk of overweight and obesity in preschool children.
