摘要
2015年广州市正式启动大肠癌筛查工作,开发应用了大肠癌筛查登记管理系统(简称系统)。目前,系统登记了413866条初筛信息、19683条肠镜信息、8537条伺机筛查信息和8845条一级亲属信息。全市使用系统的单位有233家社区和39家定点医院,11家区级项目管理机构负责审核质控。系统的开发和持续完善,实现了筛查流程的信息化管理,提高了全市筛查工作的效率和质量,有效支撑了大肠癌筛查工作的开展。
Colorectal cancer screening program was launched in 2015 in Guangzhou municipality and a registration management system was developed and applied during the implementation of the program.At present,413866 preliminary screening cases,19683 colonoscopy cases,8537 opportunistic screening cases and 8845 first-degree relative cases were registered in the system.There were 233 community health service centers and 39 designated hospitals reported screening information using the system,and 11 district-level project management institutions carried out quality control via the application of the system.The development and improvement of the system realized the informatization management,high-efficiency and high-quality implementation of the screening program,and provided effective support for the screening program.
