摘要
目的探讨脑力趣味训练对脑梗死患者记忆减退及认知功能的改善作用。方法选择本院2017年1月~2018年6月收治的120例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机均分为两组。对照组患者给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上开展脑力趣味训练,连续干预3个月。比较干预前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、记忆水平评分、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)以及神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)。结果两组干预后两组患者的MMSE评分、MoCA评分均显著增加,NIHSS评分显著下降,且干预后观察组MMSE评分、MoCA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后名字记忆、日期记忆、藏物记忆、图片再确认、约定记忆、面部再确认均显著增加,且观察组干预后各项记忆水平评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑力趣味训练有助于改善脑梗死患者记忆减退及认知功能,并能促进神经功能的恢复。
Objective To study the improvement effect of brain interest training on memory loss and cognitive function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and rehabilitation care,while the observation group conducted brain interest training additionally for 3 months.The montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),memory level score,mini mental state scale(MMSE),and neurological deficit scale(NIHSS)were comparison before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the MMSE score and MoCA score increased significantly,and the NIHSS score decreased significantly in two groups.After the intervention,the MMSE score and MoCA score of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the memory of the name,date memory,memory of the memory,re-confirmation of the picture,agreed memory,and facial re-confirmation were significantly increased in two groups,and the scores of the memory levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Brain interest training can improve memory and cognitive function in patients with cerebral infarction,and promote the recovery of nerve function.
