摘要
一、病例资料患者男性,38岁,汉族,技术人员。因“发现肝脏占位2年余”于2016年1月18日入住我院。患者2013年12月体检时血常规:正常;肝功能:甘油三酯4.02 mmol/L,其余正常;腹部B型超声结果显示“轻度脂肪肝,肝右叶实质性包块,大小为7.3 cm×6.3 cm”,未予进一步诊治。
