摘要
《关于加快农业保险高质量发展的指导意见》的出台,从顶层设计上制定了农业保险未来的发展路线,确定了三年中期目标和十年长期目标,为当前和今后一段时期如何做好农业保险提供了根本遵循和行动指南。本文结合我国农险保险发展的实际,从需求、问题、目标三个层面对新时期推进农业保险高质量发展进行了系统思考,并基于农险保险经营主体角度,对落实高质量发展要求进行探索,提出相应建议。
The introduction of the "Guidelines on Accelerating High-quality Development of Agricultural Insurance" has drawn up the future development route of agricultural insurance from the top-level design,determined the medium-term goal of the next three years and the long-term goal of the next ten years,and provided a fundamental guidance and action plan for how to do a good job in agricultural insurance in the current and future period. Based on the reality of the development of agricultural insurance in China,this paper offered some systematic thinking on how to promote its high-quality development in the new period from the perspectives of market demands,existing problems and objectives. And from the perspective of agricultural insurance operators,this paper explored on the implementation of high-quality development requirements and put forward corresponding suggestions.
