摘要
为了促进食用菌行业的转型升级,从冷链物流工程的角度分析了食用菌企业成本管控的问题。提出了冷链物流下食用菌企业在采购、冷藏、冷链运输和配送等4个方面的应对策略,以及一些成本管控的具体措施。以期为食用菌行业的转型升级和可持续发展提供借鉴。
In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the edible fungi industry, this paper analyzes the cost control of the edible fungi enterprises from the perspective of cold chain logistics engineering. This paper analyzes the countermeasures of edible fungi enterprises in four aspects of purchase, refrigeration, cold chain transportation and distribution under the cold chain logistics, and gives some specific measures of cost control. It provides a reference for the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of the edible fungi industry.
