摘要
从食用菌行业人才需求出发,立足于行业、学生、教师、高校四个方面,分析开设《食用菌栽培学》课程的重要性。在农业高校《食用菌栽培学》课程实践过程中,通过确定课程模式、分配课程学时、组织与实施课程教学内容等步骤,实现《食用菌栽培学》课程的实践。通过深化校企合作与产教结合指导学生的就业与创业实践,提高学生就业率与创业能力,为食用菌行业高新技术人才的培养奠定基础。
The importance of setting up’edible fungi cultivation’course was andyzed from four aspects: industry, students,teachers and universities, starting from the demand for talents in edible fungi industry. In the course practice, the course practice of’mushroom cultivation is realized by determining the course model, allocating the course hours, organizing and implementing the course teaching content and other steps. Through the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and the combina-tion of industry and education to guide students’ employment and entrepreneurship practice, improve students’ employment rate and entrepreneurship ability, lay the foundation for the cultivation of edible fungi industry high-tech talents.
