集成式重介质选矿机组抛尾效果及其应用 被引量:4

Study on Tailings Discarding Efficiency of Integrated-type Heavy Medium Concentrator and its Application

摘要 随着对矿产资源开发的环保要求越来越严格,预先抛尾技术在矿产业绿色可持续发展中显得十分重要。介绍了一种集成式重介质选矿机组,该机组克服了传统重介质选矿装备的缺点,应用结果表明,机组的处理量可达65t/h,且操作人员少、绿色环保,抛尾效率达82.38%。 With more and more strict environmental protection requirements for mineral resources development,the technology of tailings pre-discarding is very important in the green and sustainable development of mineral industry.An integrated-type heavy medium concentrator was introduced,which overcame the shortcomings of traditional heavy medium concentrator.The application results showed that the capacity of the concentrator can reach 65 t/h,with the characteristics of few operators and environmental protection.And the tailings discarding efficiency was 82.38%.
