直孔掏槽爆破中空孔效应的数值模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 空孔在直眼掏槽爆破中具有重要作用。为研究不同空孔直径对首响掏槽爆破效果的影响,利用数值模拟手段对150,200,250mm 3种不同直径空孔下的单空孔掏槽方案进行掏槽对比分析。在确定数值模拟所需的材料模型及参数的基础上,建立不同空孔直径的单空孔掏槽爆破模型。模拟结果发现空孔具有反射应力波和聚集爆炸能量的作用,且其作用随着空孔直径的增大而更为明显,但其凿岩成本也会随空孔增大而相应升高,综合考虑后推荐的直孔掏槽爆破最佳空孔直径为200mm。 Empty hole plays an important role in parallel cut blasting.In order to study the influences of different diameters of empty hole on the blasting effect of the first response cut,the single-hole cut schemes with three different diameters of 150 mm,200 mm and 250 mm were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.On the basis of determining the material model and parameters for numerical simulation,a single-hole cut blasting model with different hole diameters was established.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it was found that the hole had the effect of reflecting stress wave and gathering explosion energy.With the increase of the hole diameter,the effect was more obvious,but the drilling cost of hole would increase correspondingly.In this paper,after comprehensive consideration,the hole diameter of 200 mm was selected as the best value of this study.
