摘要
推进健康中国建设是实现国家发展战略的重大决策部署,新时代健康中国建设有着重大的理论价值、现实价值和时代价值。健康中国建设必须做到政府主导、全民参与,预防为主、防治结合,深化医改、优化服务,发展产业、改善环境,政策融入、完善法律。
Facilitating the construction of Healthy China was a major decision and arrangement for achieving the development strategy of China,while the construction of Healthy China in the new era had great theoretical value,realistic value and era value.To construct a healthy China,it needed to be dominated by the government and advocate public participation;to take prevention in the first place and combine prevention with control:to deepen the medical reform and optimize service;to develop industry and improve the environment,and to integrate the policies and perfect the laws.
