摘要
慢性呼吸系统疾病是我国居民的主要死亡原因之一,包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘和肺癌等。慢性呼吸系统疾病具有发病率高、致残率高、病死率高等特点,是我国面临的重要公共卫生问题。本文对慢性呼吸系统疾病的疾病负担以及防治现状做一述评,目的在于加强临床上对慢性呼吸系统疾病防治工作的重视,并为进一步规范治疗与管理提供参考。
Chronic respiratory disease is one of the main causes of death in China, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma and lung cancer. Chronic respiratory diseases have the characteristics of high morbidity, high disability and high mortality, which are important public health problems in China. In this paper, the burden of chronic respiratory diseases and the status of prevention and treatment are reviewed to strengthen the clinical attention to the prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases and provide reference for further standardized treatment and management.
