采煤机姿态矫正系统研究综述

摘要 由于现阶段我国煤矿井下开采环境恶劣,且需要人工操作,为了实现采煤机在工作时能够自主对其位置、姿态等进行实时定位以及矫正,对实现采煤机井下智能化姿态矫正进行了相关讨论以及研究。首先对采煤机在工作时可能遇到的姿态进行分析,随后对国内采煤机定位技术进行了讨论,紧接着又对惯导技术的研究现状以及发展进行了论述,并对采煤机姿态矫正系统的关键性技术进行了研究讨论,然后又提出了一种基于组态软件的采煤机姿态矫正以及控制系统,分析了此矫正系统的工作原理以及组态界面实现的功能。此采煤机姿态矫正系统对未来实现采煤机智能化控制、无人化发展奠定了理论基础。 At present, the underground mining environment in China is bad. And manual operation is needed. In order to realize the real-time observation of the position and attitude of the shearer when it is working, and to correct it, the intelligent attitude correction of the shearer underground is discussed and studied. First analyzes the possible posture of the shearer at work, then the positioning technology of domestic shearers is discussed. Then the research status and development of inertial navigation technology are discussed, the key technology of the shearer attitude correction system is studied and discussed. A posture correction and control system of shearer based on configuration software is also proposed, analysis the working principle of the correction system and the function of the configuration interface. The attitude correction system of shearer lays a theoretical foundation for the future intelligent control and unmanned development of shearer.
